This is the seminar I gave at the 2016 Port Aransas Wooden Boat Building exposition. In it I discuss the different construction methods for homebuilt boats, beginning with the traditional carvel planked boats, and going through lapstrake, cold forming, and my own plywood composite method, as well as stitch and glue construction methods. I discuss the methods used, fasteners, bonding, fiberglassing, and lots more aboyt how to build your oun boat.

I'd love to see them, as would all of the other people who are either building a boat or thinking about it. They need all the encouragement they can get.
